Big Sky Conference Track

I attended the Big Sky Conference Indoor Track Championships this weekend at Holt this weekend and I have to say there is so much going on it was hard to keep track of what was happening. Now granted I don't know much about track and field so following all that was happening was hard enough and I didn't understand all the ways the events were scored but it was extremely fun to watch. The athletes from all of the schools involved were very vocal in supporting their fellow teammates and each team definately had a character or two that would be there to pump up the crowd. Even though the Bengals did not win the conference championship (that honor went to Sacramento State on both sides) it was an intersting way to spend a weekend and I definately have a lot of respect for those athletes that compete in those events because I know there is no way that I could do what they do.
